WWF People. For the people who work at WWF-Canada, conservation isn’t just a job, it’s a passion. And along with that passion, they bring tremendous expertise. Their conservation staff consists of wildlife biologists, ecologists, botanists, geographers, GIS analysts, toxicologists, policy analysts and seasoned campaigners, often with several decades of experience in boardrooms, town halls and political backrooms – as well as in the field.

WWF Experts. All of our Wildlife & Wild Places trips are planned in direct consultation with the member of the WWF-Canada conservation staff who has the most relevant knowledge and responsibilities to ensure that the itinerary is able to seamless incorporate the conservation issues and experiences into the very architecture of the trip. Furthermore, each trip is designed to be accompanied by the same WWF-Canada expert in order to help bring alive the issues and add an unparalleled depth of expertise and hands-on learning for our travellers. Finally, each trip is designed to integrate the local field operations of the WWF wherever possible, with activities ranging from behind-the-scenes site visits to the companionship of the local WWF naturalists and guides.
