Our past travellers are our biggest asset. Not only do they keep returning year after year, but they also spread the Horizon gospel, sharing the stories of their adventures with their friends and families, inspiring many of them to travel with us in the future. We are proud to enjoy one of the highest repeat rates in the industry, and we are always striving to deliver the kind of travel experiences and personalized service that will keep our travellers coming back.

Loyalty, however, is a two way street, and in addition to our commitment to maintain our standards of excellence, we also believe in more tangible forms of acknowledgement. In recognition of the importance of our loyal travellers, and as a thank you for their continued patronage and support, we have created two private-member clubs for past Horizon travellers. Our Connoisseur Club, which was originally founded in 2000, is designed for our Classic Series travellers, while our Explorers Club is designed for our new Exploratory Series travellers.

The benefits range from trip savings and members-only departures to personalized travel profiles and members-only events. Membership in either program is available at no cost to anyone who has already taken a Horizon trip. Please note that we need a completed application form in order to add you to either program.
